The fault might be with your specific Internet service provider or something along those lines.
There are _way_ too many variables for me to consider for a remote diagnosis. Maybe somebody got access to your router and is messing with you. Changing your router password every now and then is never a bad idea, but you would also have to update the setting for every single device that connects to your router wirelessly, so they all use the new password.
