I don't have news, but I have this sketch:

So far, there are no plans or drawings in the near future.

But there are some changes at the beginning of this year for me:

1. Last week, my mother and I went to a therapist and she recommended that we go to a psychologist and gave us a prescription for medicine (I take it before going to bed). I don't know, there's still some bullshit about worrying about the future, but not that much. for now.

I exercise every day, morning or afternoon, sometimes in the evening.

2. I made my pack sticker in a telegram! I've been thinking about doing this for a long time, but it's only now that I've been able to implement it.
