Mini-Update: I just had a look at 'Taro x Hana | Dandadan fanart' and think "M" is absolutely sufficient for that piece of art. (From your description here it sounded more explicit than it was. What you ended up drawing was pretty wholesome.)
Personally, I would say that reducing the age rating down to "T" would be justifiable, but I would suggest that you talk it over with an Art Portal Moderator* first.

If it features full nudity of any kind that's an A. Suggestive theming or barbie doll? Then it's pretty safe to mark it as M, though im sure there is a guideline about this somewhere on the site.
